StemImage helps researchers to analyze variety of cell types using simple brightfield cell images. We are creating the world’s first neural network model for artificial stem cell staining of various cell surface pluripotency markers that allows for robust, unbiased, and scalable cell classification. 

Our CNN algorithm also provides automated measurements of multiple cell features that will be beneficial for statistical analysis
